Dialogue Programme: Climate Change Adaptation: Improving the Local Resilience Strategies of Cambodian Provinces and Local Communities

On 29 May 2014 a delegation of political decision-makers from Cambodia chaired by H.E. Leng Vy, Under Secretary of State at the Cambodian Ministry of Interior, was received by the Governor of Lower Silesia, H.E. Tomasz Smolarz, at his office in Wroclaw. The delegation and the Governor had the chance to exchange ideas on adaptation strategies to climate change.
