On 25.04.2017 the Multinational Development Policy Dialogue of KAS and Reimer Böge MEP hosted the conference "Engaging Cuba in Dialogue". In the event organized in the European Parliament, representatives of the European Institutions and of the Cuban civil society discussed the future of EU-Cuba relations. Unfortunately, the Sakharov Prize Laureate Mrs. Berta Soler was not allowed by the Cuban authorities to attend the event. Ms. Rosa María Payá from Cuba Decide delivered the key-note speech.
