Hosted by MEP Jaromír Štětina, the EPP´s shadow rapporteur on Libya in the Committee on Foreign Affairs, the KAS-EPP briefing on "Prospect of stability in Libya - Policy recommendations for EU action", shed light on the current situation in Libya. Experts discussed the urgency to stabilize Libya and support the enhancement of the humanitarian situation in the country. MEP Brok Elmar called for supporting Libya in its efforts to ease the humanitarian crisis and to stop human trafficking.
